Telephone surveyswith an AI voice agent

When you need answers from a defined audience - customers after a service, service recipients, or another agreed group - Aistė calls the prepared contact list. She opens by identifying herself as an AI voice agent, asks the agreed questions and records the answers.

How it works

What is an AI telephone survey?

It is an outbound, pre-structured conversation. Aistė does not sell or persuade - she asks. Every answer is recorded against the agreed survey structure, so what you see later is an answer to a specific question rather than a free-form note.

It differs from an online form in that the respondent has nothing to open or fill in. They answer the phone and reply in their own words, while the conversation follows the configured scenario.

How does a survey campaign run?

  1. The audience and goal are set

We agree what you want to find out and which group you are asking. That drives both the questions and the calling rules.

  2. The list and script are prepared

You supply the contact list, or we coordinate preparing one. Then we lay out the questions and the flow of the conversation.

  3. Aistė calls on the agreed schedule

Calling days and hours are set for the specific campaign. She opens each call by identifying herself as an AI voice agent.

  4. Results appear in the dashboard

Answers, transcripts and recordings collect in your dashboard - you can follow the campaign before it finishes.

What kinds of questions can be asked?

  • Yes / no questions

  • Multiple-choice questions

  • Scale questions, for example 1 to 5 or 1 to 10

  • Open-ended questions answered in the respondent's own words

What do you get after every call?

Contact list and script preparation

  • If you have your own contact database, you supply the list
  • If you do not, finding or preparing contacts is coordinated with us
  • The survey purpose, audience and questions are agreed before launch
  • Calling rules and how refusals are handled are agreed in advance too

We hold no universal contact database - the scope and audience of every campaign are coordinated separately.

When are survey calls made?

  • Calling days and hours are set for the specific campaign
  • This is not round-the-clock outbound calling - the schedule is agreed in advance
  • Several survey calls can run at the same time

If you need to receive incoming customer calls rather than make them, that is covered by call centre services for inbound calls.

Which fields the dashboard needs, which export format suits you and which integration is required are agreed before the campaign. We do not offer a connector that fits any system automatically.

NPS, sentiment analysis and answer themes

  • NPS can be calculated when the survey uses a suitable rating question
  • Sentiment analysis of the answers can be prepared when it is relevant to the campaign
  • Open-ended answers can be grouped by theme when that analysis is part of the project

These are individually coordinated analytical functions, not an automatic part of every campaign. Whether your survey needs them is decided together before launch.

Who are telephone surveys for?

A fit

  • Customer satisfaction surveys after a service or purchase
  • Feedback on service quality
  • Following up after a contact or visit
  • Collecting product or service feedback
  • Structured opinion collection within a defined audience
  • Employee surveys, where contact and participation conditions are properly agreed

Needs research expertise

  • Representative population research
  • Political polling
  • Complex statistical sampling
  • Regulated or highly sensitive research
  • Projects needing methodological conclusions rather than collected answers

We do not provide these - if your project needs research methodology, a telephone survey can only be one part of the data collection.

Data and privacy

  • Only the information the agreed survey needs is collected.
  • Every call opens by telling the respondent they are speaking with an artificial intelligence.
  • Access to recordings and answers follows your team's configured workflow.
  • Campaign rules and data handling are coordinated before launch.

How we use artificial intelligence is described on the AI transparency page. Personal-data handling is described in the privacy policy.

How an AI voice copes with a smaller language such as Lithuanian is explained in the article can artificial intelligence speak Lithuanian (in Lithuanian).

Frequently asked questions

Aistė calls a prepared contact list on the agreed days and hours. She opens by disclosing that she is an artificial intelligence and explaining why she is calling, then asks the agreed questions one at a time and records the answers.

Let us talk through your survey goal

In the conversation we will establish which audience you are asking, where the contact list comes from, which questions are needed, when to call, which fields the dashboard needs, what export or integration is required, and whether any additional analysis is wanted.
