Terms of use

1. The service

“kalba.ai” is a service operated by VINI CAPITAL, MB (company code 306644371, registered office Švyturio g. 20-14, LT-10212 Vilnius, Lithuania) that automates B2B sales calls with AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

2. Rules of use

By using kalba.ai, you undertake to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with Lithuanian and EU law on direct marketing and data protection
  • Have a lawful basis for calling the contacts you provide. For automated (AI-driven) calls, the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania generally requires the contact's prior consent - you must obtain it before uploading numbers to a campaign. Consent cannot be collected during the marketing call itself.
  • Make sure that requests not to be called (e.g. “don't call me again”) are respected and that such contacts are removed immediately
  • Not use the service to distribute spam or deceptive content

3. Use of artificial intelligence

The service uses the AI voice agent “Aistė”. In line with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), at the start of every call we clearly tell the person receiving it that they are speaking with artificial intelligence. kalba.ai is the provider of the AI system, and the client running calling campaigns is its deployer within the meaning of the AI Act. The client undertakes not to prohibit, disable or mislead about the AI disclosure, and not to use the service to impersonate another person or to deceive.

4. Payments

Services are paid for according to the chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable, except where EU consumer protection law provides otherwise. Prices may change; we will give 30 days' notice of any change.

5. Limitation of liability

kalba.ai is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damage arising from the use of the service or from its unavailability. Maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. kalba.ai reserves the right to suspend access to the service if these terms are breached.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Lithuania.
