Outbound calls in your customers' language
Aistė calls your contacts in Lithuanian, English or another European language and adapts to their answers in real time.
Aistė is an AI voice agent that calls in your customers' language. She calls your contact list following an agreed conversation scenario, finds out whether the offer is relevant, answers common objections and helps interested people book a conversation. Your sales team takes the negotiation from there.
Aistė calls your contacts in Lithuanian, English or another European language and adapts to their answers in real time.
The call flow, the pitch and the questions are prepared with you before the campaign starts.
Your criteria separate the relevant contacts from those the offer does not suit.
Aistė responds to typical answers according to the instructions set in the scenario.
Aistė can offer a time and book a conversation through the supported booking flow.
Every call ends with an outcome, a summary and a transcript - not a guess about what was said.
No calls before 09:00. When the calling window opens, Aistė starts dialing contacts.
You provide or import contacts via CSV, the API or an intake webhook. The list stays yours.
Together we agree what Aistė says, what she asks and which criteria make a contact qualified.
You set a working-day time window and a daily call limit in your own timezone.
The campaign starts. Contacts who were not reached are retried according to the retry logic.
Each call's outcome, summary and transcript appear in the dashboard and can be delivered by webhook.
Interested contacts can book during the call; when that is not possible, a booking link is sent by SMS.
The person knows from the start that they are speaking with an AI agent.
Cold-calling rules differ from country to country. For one example, see the rules for cold calls in Lithuania (in Lithuanian).
Yes. Aistė holds the conversation in Lithuanian, English or another European language, understands answers and adapts in real time. Every call opens by disclosing that the caller is an artificial intelligence.
We build the scenario together: how she introduces herself, how the offer is presented, what she asks and how she responds to common objections. Aistė follows the agreed flow on every call.
You can upload contacts via CSV, send them through the public API, or post them to an intake webhook. The source of the list and the lawful basis for using it remain your responsibility.
After each conversation you see the call outcome, a summary and a transcript. The same events can be delivered to your systems by signed webhooks or read through the API.
Yes. Aistė can check real availability and book a conversation in your calendar during the call. When that is not possible, a booking link is sent by SMS.
On working days, within the time window you set and in the timezone you choose. You set both the window and the daily call limit.
When someone asks not to be called again, the contact goes on the do-not-call list. The list is checked before every call, so that contact is not dialled again.
Yes - that is the intended model. Aistė handles first contact and qualification, and your salesperson takes over the prepared contacts and carries the conversation forward.
For an interested person Aistė can check real availability and book a conversation in your calendar during the call itself. When that does not work, a booking link is sent by SMS. Every event - from the start of the call to the booking - can be delivered to your systems by signed webhooks or read through the API.If you want to understand the method itself, read how cold calls work.Want to talk through your contact list and scenario?
